The beautiful one has come

I'm currently on a roll finding game music. When I played Mana Khemia I already found a few of the songs to my liking - the song in the workshop, the song in the Isolde fights. Though I didn't really care enough to actually download them, partly because I haven't got my new computer yet. Playing Disgaea 2 sparked my interest in game music again (awesome music in that game) and I thought ok why not Mana Khemia too. Little did I know Nefertiti - the Isolde song - actually has a vocal version!

But of course, it has to be excluded from the OST so Blue Laguna doesn't have it. That did not stop me. 10 seconds of Google gives Nefertiti (Vocal Ver.) in Mp3, courtesy of Marioak in the GameSpot Forums.

I think I liked the vocal version more, mostly because of the introduction. The vocal version has another layer on the already layered introduction - it begins slowly with a simple melody, picks up speed, then switch to the guitar rock that plays throughout. The song is called Nefertiti~散華の風~. Nefertiti is the name of a well known Egyptian Queen, it means "the beautiful one has come."
